Answer:

{x=-14/5 ' y=56/20}

Step-by-step explanation:

let say

5x+6y=14

x=14-6y ------equation (a)

put this equation on 2nd equation of question

Equation is 3x-2y=-14

3(14-6y) -2y=-14

42-18y-2y=-14

42-20y=-14

-20y =-14-42

20y=56

y=56/20

now put the value of y in equation (a) to get 'x'

x=14-6(56/20)

x=-14/5
