Given :- Solve the following problems. 1) Simplify: (5/2)5÷(2/5)3

Solution :-

→ (5/2)5÷(2/5)3

→ (5/2) * 5 ÷ (2/5) * 3

→ (5 * 5)/2 ÷ (2 * 3)/5

→ (25/2) ÷ (6/5)

→ (25/2) * (5/6)

→ (125/12)

If Question is :- (5/2)^5÷(2/5)^3

→ (5/2)^5 ÷ (2/5)^3

using (a/b)^m = (b/a)^(-m)

→ (5/2)^5 ÷ (5/2)^(-3)

now using a^m ÷ a^n = a^(m - n)

→ (5/2)^(5 - (-3))

→ (5/2)^(5 + 3)

→ (5/2)^8

To find:

Simplify it.

Solution:

(\dfrac{5}{2})^{5}  \div (\dfrac{2}{5})^{3}

=> (\dfrac{5}{2})^{5}  \times (\dfrac{5}{2})^{3}

Now, bases are equal. add the exponents.

=> (\dfrac{5}{2})^{5+3}

=> (\dfrac{5}{2})^{8}

=> \dfrac{390625}{256}

=> 1525.87
