4x²+12x+9 = 0

a = 4

b = 12

c = 9

here d = -4ac

=> d = (12)²-4×4×9

=> d = 144-144

=> d = 0

we know that... quadratic formula is

x = -b+d/2a & -b-√d/2a

=> x = -12+0/2×4 & -12-0/2×4

=> x = -3/2 & -3/2

so the roots of the equation 4x²+12x+9=0 are..

-3/2 and -3/2
