4x²= 3x
4x²-3x= 0 where a= 4, b= -3 and c= 0

quadratic formula---
x= [-b +or-✓(b²-4ac)] / 2a

Putting the values we get,
x= { -(-3) +or- ✓[(-3)² - (4*4*0)] } / 2*4

x= [ 3 +or- ✓(9-0) ] / 8

x= [3 + or - (3)] / 8

if x, = (3-3)/8 = 0/8. = 0

if x= (3+3)/8 = 6/8 = 3/4

So, x= 0 or 3/4

hope this helps you
