5x-12y= -39••••••(II)
- we can do (I)×4 and (II)×1
so that,
28x+12y=60
5x-12y= -39

23x=21
or, x=23/21
and the value of y find from (I) by put the value of x,
7×23/21+3y=15
or, 7.6+3y=15
or, 3y= 15-7.6
or, 3y=7.4
or, y= 7.4/3
or y= 2.46
your answer , x= 23/21 and y= 2.46..
