2x+3y=28......(i)
3x+4y=-9........(ii)
Now multiplying equation (i) by 3 and equation (ii) by 2,we have
From(i),
6x+9y=84....(iii)
6x+8y=-18....(iv)
Subtracting (iv) from (iii),we have
6x+9y=84
6x+8y=-18
- - +
––––––––
y=102
Put 'y=102' in equation (i),we have
2x+3×102=28
2x+306=28
2x=28-306
2x=-278
x=-278/2
x=-139
Therfore,x=-139 and y=102

Hey mate !!!!
here is ur answer

2x+3y=28----(1) x 4
3x+4y=-9-----(2) x 3
by elimination method

8x+12y= 112
9x+12y=-27
-------------------
on adding
17x=85
lx=5l

put in eq. 1 st

2x+3y=28
10+3y=28
3y=28-10
3y=18
ly=6l

Hope it helps.
