Answer:

in equation 1

2x - y = 2

-y = 2 - 2x

y = -2 + 2x

put the value of y in equation 2

x + 3y = 15

x + 3(-2 + 2x) = 15

x + (-6) + 6x = 15

7x - 6 = 15

7x = 21

x = 3 ans

so, y = -2 + 2x

y = -2 + 2(3)

y = -2+ 6

y = 4 ans

Answer:

 2x - y = 2

 x - y = 2÷2

 x - y = 1

________________

 x + 3y = 15

 x + y = 15 ÷ 3

 x + y = 5
