Let the age of son be x

Age of father be 7 times means 7x

2 years ago

Father age=( 7x-2)

Son age=( x-2)

Given the father was 13 times old as his son

Therefore,

7x-2=13(x-2)

7x-2=13x-26

7x-13x=-26+2

-6x=-24

(Minus-Minus cut)

6x=24

x=4

Son age= 4

Father age=7x

=7×4

=28

I hope this will help u
