3x-7y=-10.......1
-2x+y=3......2
multiply eqation 2 by 7
-14x+7y=21.....3
add equation 1 and 3
3x-7y=-10
+-14x+7y=21
_____________
-11x. 11
x=-1
substitute value of x in equation 3
-14(-1)+7y=21
14+7y=21
