Given, speed of the body is 5 km/h and time taken by the body is 2h .

We know that,

distance covered = speed × time taken

Distance covered = 5 km/h × 2 h

= 10 km

We know that,

average speed = total distance / time

Average speed = 10 km / 2 h

= 5 km/h

Answer:

The distance covered by the body is 10 km and it's average speed is 5 km/h .
