Answer:

y=65+55+y=180 (angle sum property)

y=120-y=180

y= 180-120

y=60

x=65 (alternate interior angles)

z= x+y+z=180 (supplementary angle )

z = 65+60+z=180

z = 125+z =180

z=180-125

z=55

hence x= 65

y=60

z=55

Answer:

\huge\bf\underline{\underline{solution}}

\bf\underline{\underline{given}}

ray "l" is parallel to then line "AC"

\bf\underline{\underline{R.T.F.}}

[ R.T.F.= REQUIRED TO FIND]

value of x :-

as we know ray l is parallel of to line "AC"

here line BA act like a transversal

so, angle x = ∠BAC by alternative interior angle property

x = 65°

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

value of z :-

as we know ray l is parallel of to line "AC"

here line BC act like a transversal

so, angle z = ∠BCA by alternative interior angle property

Z = 5

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

value of y :-

we know ray line is a straight line too

so ∠ x +∠ y +∠z = 180°

because sum of all angles in a line is 180°

65° + y + 55° = 180°

120° + y = 180°

y = 180° - 120°

y = 60°

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

angle x = 65°

angle y = 60°

angle z = 55°

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

more to know

if a pair of lines are parallel then opposite sides will be equal

• opposite angle will be equal when the line are parallel to each other

• sum of Every angle in a straight line will be 180°
