Question :-

2 tan 30° / 1 - tan^2 30° = ?

Solution :-

 = \frac{2 \times \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3} } }{1 - { (\frac{1}{ \sqrt{3} } )}^{2} } \\ \\ = \frac{ \frac{2}{ \sqrt{3} } }{1 - \frac{1}{3} } \\ \\ = \frac{ \frac{2}{ \sqrt{3} } }{ \frac{2}{3} } \\ \\ = \frac{2}{ \sqrt{3} } \times \frac{3}{2} \\ \\ = \frac{3}{ \sqrt{3} } \\ \\<br /><br />= \frac{ \sqrt{3 } \times \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{3} } \\ \\ = \sqrt{3}

We can also write 3 as the product of √3 and √3.

Explaination :-

√3 × √3 = (√3)^2 = (3^2)^1/2 = 3
