AB = 3 cm

BC = 3 cm

Using Pythagoras theorem

AB^2 + BC^2 = AC^2

putting the values

3^2 + 3^2 = AC^2

9 + 9 = AC^2

18 = AC^2

AC = √18

AC = 4.24 cm.

Answer AC = 4.24 cm.
