Hey mate,

For rationalising just multiply denominator and numerator by the required Irrational number,

So,

=2/root(3)*root(3)/root(3)

= 2*root(3)/3

 \frac{2}{ \sqrt{3} }   \times  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{3} } \\ \frac{2 \sqrt{3} }{ { \sqrt{(3)} }^{2} }  =  \frac{2 \sqrt{3} }{3}
