2x+y=6 ---------------------(1)

3x-2y=2 --------------------(2)

On multiply equation (1) by 2 we get:

4x +2y =12 ---------------------(3)

Now, on adding eq (2) and (3) we get:

7x = 14

or x = 2

Now putting the value of x in eq (1) we get:

y=2

So, x = 2 and y = 2
