here is your answer by Sujeet,
Let to be 1/x+y=a
Let to be 1/x-y=b
then,
10a+2b=4
15a-5b=-2

Solving the equation by elimination method,
10a+2b=4*15
15a-5b=-2*10

150a+30b=60
150a-50b=-20
____________
80b=80
b=80/80
b=1

Now putting the value of y in another equation,
10a+2b=4
10a+2*1=4
10a+2=4
10a=4-2
10a=2
a=2/10
a=1/5

Now putting the value of 1/x+y=a
1/x+y=1/5
x+y=5. -----(4)

Now,
1/x-y=1/1
x-y=1. -----(5)

Again, solve this equation by elimination method,

x+y=5
x-y=1

_____
2y=4
y=4/2
y=2
Now putting the value of y in another equation,
x-y=1
x-2=1
x=1+2
x=3

then,
value of x=3. y=2

that's all dear ...
