This question came in UPSC Final Exams held in Dec 2013.

This question is impossible . But if we use factorial sign ! we make it possible . 

3 + 5 + 7 + 9 + 3! = 30

3! means that = 1 × 2 × 3 = 6.

So we came on the conclusion that

3 + 5 + 7 + 9 + 6 = 30.

The answer will be:
3+5+7+9+6=30
