4x² - 4x + 1 = 0

4x² - 2x - 2x + 1 [✓using spliting method of quadratic equation ]

=> 2x ( 2x - 1 ) -1 (2x - 1 ) = 0

=>( 2x - 1 ) = 0

x = 1/2 1st solution

2x -1 = 0

x = 1/2 2nd solution

we saw both zeroes are same of this equation so It have real & equal roots
