x^2 + 6x-(a^2+2a-8)
a=1,b=6, c= - (a^2+2a-8)
b=1/2 ×6
b^2= 3 ^2
b = 9

x^2+6x+9-9-(a^2+2a-8)
(x+3)^2= 9+a^2+2a-8
(x+3)^2=a^2+2a+1
(x+3)^2=(a+1)^2
x+3=a+1
x=-3+a+1
x=-2+a
