length of fence = 156 m

 \bf Area = 1521 m²

Given that it is a square garden ,

 \boxed{\bf\pink{Area \: of \: square= a² }}

 \bf a²  = 1521

\bf a = √1521

  \bf = 39 m

length of fence will be equal to Perimeter of square

 \boxed{\bf\pink{Perimter \: of \: square = 4a }}

 \bf \: perimeter \:  = 4 \times 39

  \bf \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: = 156 \: m
