-12/3 +x=-1/3
x=-1/3+12/ 3
x=-1+12/3
x=11/3

Sum of two numbers = - ⅓

Let one of the number be x

The other = - 12/3

So..
By problem
-------------------
x + ( -  \frac{12}{3} ) =  -  \frac{1}{3}  \\ or.  \: x =  \frac{12}{3}  -  \frac{1}{3}  =  \frac{11}{3}
