Answer:

1.34003350084 x 10¹⁸ photons/second

Explanation:

Given,

   wavelength = 4500 A° into meters = 4.5 x 10⁻⁷meters

   energy = 150 watts

to calculate photos emitter per second

   = multiply light speed into planks constant

   = (3 x 10⁸) x (6.63 x 10⁻³⁴)

   = 1.99 x 10⁻²⁵

   = divide the result with wavelength

   = ( 1.99 x 10⁻²⁵ ) / ( 4.5 x 10⁻⁷)

   = 8.955 x 10⁻¹⁸

   = Divide the power of the wave by this answer

NOTE: only 8% of the energy is emitted as light so 8% in 150 is 12

   = 12 / 8.955 x 10⁻¹⁸

   = 1.34003350084 x 10¹⁸ photons/second
