n = c/v
v = c/n = 3*10^8/1.5 = 2*10^8m/s

Let the speed of the light in class be x.
We know that Air in glass = (Speed of the light in air)/(speed of the light in glass).
= > (1.50) = (3 * 10^8)/x
= > x * 1.50 = 3 * 10^8
= > x = (3 * 10^8)/1.5
= > x = 2 * 10^8.
Therefore the speed of the light in glass = 2 * 10^8 m/s.
