Let zeros of polynomial be a + d, a and a - d.

Then,

⇒ a + (a + d) + (a - d) = - (- 15)/2

⇒ 3a = 15/2

⇒ a = 5/2

________________________

⇒ a(a + d)(a - d) = 30/2

⇒ 5/2(5/2 + d)(5/2 - d) = 15

⇒ (25/4 + 5d/2)(5/2 - d)= 15

⇒ 125/8 - 25d/4 + 25d/4 - 5d²/2 = 15

⇒ 125/8 - 120/8 = 5d^2/2

⇒ 1/4 = d²

⇒ d = ± 1/2

________________________

a + d = 5/2 + 1/2 or 5/2 - 1/2

a + d = 3 or 2

a - d = 5/2 - 1/2 or 5/2 - (- 1/2)

a - d = 2 or 3

Hence in each case zeros are 2, 5/2 and 3.
