Construction: Draw a line YZ parallel to PQ through R.

PQ||ST (given)

PQ||YZ (by construction)

ST||YZ (lines parallel to same line are parallel to each other.)

Angle SRZ + Angle TSR = 180°

(Co-interior angles are supplementary)

Angle SRZ + 130° = 180°

Angle SRZ = 180°- 130°

Angle SRZ = 50°

Angle PQR = Angle QRZ (Alternate interior angle)

Angle QRZ = 110°

Angle QRS + Angle SRZ = Angle QRZ

Angle QRS + 50° = 110°

Angle QRS = 110° - 50°

Angle QRS = 60°
