in diagonal ac

x+y=9.........eq.1

in diagonal bd

x-y=5..........eq.2

then,

by solving both equation

(x+y)+(x-y)=9+5

2x=14

x=7

by substitution of x in eq. 1 or 2

7+y=9

y=2

NOW,

X+Y=9
X-Y=5

BECAUSE PARALLELOGRAM HAVE EQUAL AC=DB,

BY ELIMINATION METHOD,

X+Y=9
X-Y=5

2X=14. =>X=7

NOW X=7, IN X+Y=9,

X+Y=9
=> 7+Y=9
=>. Y=9-7. =>Y=2

SOLUTION'S ARE. ...,..,.....

X=7

Y=2
