v^2 = u^2 + 2as

0 = 8100 + 50a

-8100 = 50a

a = -162 km/hr^2 (or retardation is 162 km/hr^2)

a = v-u/t

-162 = 0-90/t

-162t = -90

t = 0.555556 hr
