Take the fourth point as(x,y)
In parallelogram the diagonals bisect each other
so find the mid point of one of the diagonals from two given points and then equate it to the other two points

let the forth point b (x,y)
mid point of (1,2) and (3,7) is (2,9/2)
and this mid point is also the mid point of the 2nd and fourth point because diagonal of parallelogram bisect each other....
so (x+2)/2= 2....... then x = 2
and (y+4)/2= 9/2....... then y = 5
so fourth vertex will be (2,5)
mid point of (1,2) and (3,7) is (2,9/2)
and this mid point is also the mid point of the 2nd and fourth point because diagonal of parallelogram bisect each other....
so (x+2)/2= 2....... then x = 2
and (y+4)/2= 9/2....... then y = 5
