Question

11x^2 - 33x - 638 = 0

11 ( x^2 -3x - 58 ) = 0

x^2 - 3x - 58 = 0

we can calculate the value of D

 \large \implies{ \boxed{d \:   =  \:  {b}^{2} - 4ac  }} \\  \\ \large \implies{( - 3) {}^{2} - 4(1)( - 58) = 0 } \\  \\ \large \implies{9 + 232} \\  \\ \large \implies{d \:  =  \: 241} \\  \\ \large \implies{ \boxed{x =  \frac{ - b \:  \pm \:  \sqrt{d} }{2a} }} \\  \\ \large \implies \orange{ \boxed{x =  \frac{3 \:   \pm \:  \sqrt{241} }{2}  =  \: answer}}
