(x-1+sqrt(-3)/2)(x-1-sqrt(-3)/2)
=(((2x-1)+sqrt(-3))/2)(((2x-1)-sqrt(-3))/2)
therefore, =(2x-1)^2++-3)/4
=(4x^2-4x+1+3)/4
=(4x^2-4x+4)/4
=x^2-x+1
=(4x^2-4x+1-3)/4
=(4x^2-4x-2)/4
=(2x^2-2x+1)/2
it is due to when sqroot is it will be+-
