p( y ) = 5y²+13y+m

Let the zeros be a and 1/a

(as given in question)

Product of zeros =
  = \frac{constant \: term}{coefficient \: of \:  {x}^{2} }


a × (1/a) = m/5

1 = m/5

5 = m

Here a = 5, b = 13 and c = m
Given,
β = 1/α (i)
Product of zeroes, αβ = c/a
Putting β = 1/α, we have
 α*1/α = m/5

1 = m/5

M = 5
So, value of m = 5
