The first one is simple as it is of the form of (a+b) ^2=a^2+b^2+2ab
Thus the answer is 9x^2+36y^2+36xy

The second one is just the opposite as it is of the form a^2+b^2+2ab=(a+b)^2
=(2a)^2+(3y)^2+2×2a×3y
=(2a+3y)^2
