Solve this question.(explain).
Water is flowing at rate of 15 km/hr through a cylindical pipe of diameter 14cm into a cuboidal pond which is 50cm long and 44m wide.In what time the level of water in pond rise by 21 cm.​

Answer:

in cylinder....

r=7cm=0.07m

I=15km=1500m

in tank.....

I=50m

b=44m

h=0.21m

volume of water in tank=lbh

=50×44×0.21

=462metre cube

height of cylinderical pipe= vol./ pie r(square)

=462/(3.14)(0.07) square

=30000m

Time=30000/1500

= 2hours
