170° = (n-2)*180
170/180 = n-2
0.94444....+2 = n
Since the no. of sides is not a whole no. Therefore Not Possible!

Th measure of an interior angle (a) of a regular polygon of n sides is given by:
Set this equal to 170 and solve for n.
 Multiply both sides by n.
 Simplify the right side.
 Subtract 170n from both sides.
 Add 360 to both sides.
Finally, divide both sides by 10.

The regular polygon has 36 sides.

I guess no you cant have a regular polygon with 138 degrees.
