the answer of this question is 25√3

drashtiPatil: hey if you want the whole solution just ask
drashtiPatil: OAC=ACB (alternate angles).
drashtiPatil: tan theta =opposite angle ÷adjecent angle
drashtiPatil: tan theta=x ÷75
drashtiPatil: 1÷√3=x÷75
drashtiPatil: √3x=75
drashtiPatil: x = 75÷√3
drashtiPatil: x=75÷√3×√3÷√3
drashtiPatil: x =25√3

see attached figure,

here, height of tower , AC = 75m

angle of depression , \angle{ABC} = 30°

we have to find the distance of the car from the base of the tower.

e.g., BC = ?

use formula, tan\angle{ABC}=\frac{AC}{BC}

tan30° = 75/BC

or, 1/√3 = 75/BC

or, BC = 75√3 m

hence, distance of the car from the base of the tower is 75√3 m

so, option (c) is correct
