3x+2y=4------- (2)
eq(1) x 2 = 16x + 10y=18-------(3)
eq(2) x 5 = 15x + 10y=20-------(4)
   eq(3) - eq(4) we get  x=-2 
   By substituting in eq(3)
     16(-2)+10y=18 
      -32+10y=18
            10y=50 y=5
   x=-2 y=5

Answer is 
               X=-2
                      and
                            Y=5
