3.333.. is the answer.......
(because) = 4× 0.8333....
= 3.333....

brackets. parentheses (same)
orders. exponents. (same)
division multiplication
addition subtraction


the last 2 lines have 4 operations as if any 2 come together like


4 x 5 ÷ 6. then you go left to right because both are of same importance

5 - 3 + 14 - 27
2+14 - 27
16 - 27
-11

so your answer is 20/6 or 0.333333.......
