Heya mate , your answer is....

the identity used here is ...  (x+a)(x-b)

so , it will be opened by ....the formula derived x^{2}+(a-b)x-a*b

so, 4x^{2}(5-7)4x-7*5

16x^{2}-2*4x-35

16x^{2}-8x-35

answer = 16x^{2}-8x-35.......

hope it helps.......
