(1/p + 2q)^2 is in the form of (a+b)^2
(a+b)^2 = a^2+b^2+2ab
So,
(1/p)^2 + (2q)^2 + 2(1p)(2q)
(1/p^2) + (4q^2) + 4pq
(a+b)^2 = a^2+b^2+2ab
So,
(1/p)^2 + (2q)^2 + 2(1p)(2q)
(1/p^2) + (4q^2) + 4pq
