x = 2.14 y= 7/6

Given,

x+y=3.3 -(1)

0.6/(3x-2y)= -1 -(2)

From equation (1)

x= 3.3-y

Put the value of x in equation 2

=> 0.6/(3(3.3-y)-2y)= -1

=> 6/(3.3-3y) = -30

=> 1=-16.5+15y

=> y=7/6

Put the value of y in x= 3.3-y to find x

x = 2.14
