\sf\huge\bold{\underline{\underline{{Solution}}}}

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{x}{2}  +  \dfrac{x}{3}  +  \dfrac{x}{6}  = 18

Taking LCM of 2,3 & 6 :

┆2-3-6

______

2┆1-3-3

_______

3┆1-1-1

LCM of 2,3 & 6 =2×3=6

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{x}{2}  +  \dfrac{x}{3}  +  \dfrac{x}{6}  = 18

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{3x + 2x + x}{6}  = 18

Now,cross multiply to both sides:

\sf \longmapsto3x + 2x + x = 18 \times 6

\sf \longmapsto6x = 108

\sf \longmapsto \: x =  \dfrac{108}{6}  = 18

\sf \bold{x = 18}

Check:-

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{x}{2}  +  \dfrac{x}{3}  +  \dfrac{x}{6}  = 18

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{18}{2}  +  \dfrac{18}{3 }  +  \dfrac{18}{6}

\sf \longmapsto9 + 6 + 3

\sf \longmapsto15 + 3 = 18

∴LHS=RHS (verified)
