Taking LCM of 2,3 & 6 :

$\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{x}{2} + \dfrac{x}{3} + \dfrac{x}{6} = 18$

Now,cross multiply to both sides:

$\sf \longmapsto3x + 2x + x = 18 \times 6$

$\sf \longmapsto6x = 108$
