(x - 7) /4 + 6 = 3 (x + 2)/2 + 2
(x - 7)/4 - 3 (x + 2)/2 = -4
{ x - 7 -6x - 12 }/4 = - 4
( -5x -19) = -16
-5x = 3
x = - 3/5
(x - 7)/4 - 3 (x + 2)/2 = -4
{ x - 7 -6x - 12 }/4 = - 4
( -5x -19) = -16
-5x = 3
x = - 3/5
