x=14-y Put this in 2nd eqñ

So x-y=4 becomes

14-y-y=4

So 14-2y=4

10=2y

Hence y=5

Put value of y in any of the above eqñ

Hence the value of x will be 9.

Finally (x,y)=(9,4) in ordered pair form.
