Let see your answer !!!!!

Given that

X + Y = 18 ; Y + Z = 12 ; Z + X = 16

Solution

X + Y = 18

=> X = 18 - Y ---------(i)

Y + Z = 12

=> Z = 12 - Y --------(ii)

From equation (i) and (ii)

Z + X = 16

=> 12 - Y + 18 - Y = 16

=> 30 - 2Y = 16

=> - 2Y = 16 - 30

=> - 2Y = - 14

=> Y = -14/-2

=> Y = 7

Therefore ,

X = 18 - Y

= 18 - 7

= 11

Z = 12 - Y

= 12 - 7

= 5
