x+y-5=0--------------(1)eq
2x+2y-10=0 ----------(2)eq

From 1equation
X+y=5
X=5-y

Putt the value of x in eq 2
So
2x+2y-10=0
2(5-y)+2y=10
10-2y+2y=10
Y=10-10
Y=0

Putting the value of y in eq 1
So

x+y-5=0
X+0=5
X=5

I hope this will help u
