13y(y-4)-3(y-9)-5(y+4)=0

13y(y - 4) - 3(y - 9) - 5(y + 4) = 0

Expand the expressions by opening the brackets:
13y² - 52y - 3y + 27 - 5y - 20 = 0

Combine the like terms:
13y² - 57y + 7 = 0

Factorise the equation to get x = 4.258 and x = 0.126.
