hey mate here is your answer ✌♥✌

y-2√y+1=0

so let√y=X

so

x²-2x+1=0

so by splitting the middle term method

x²-x-x+1=0

X(x-1)-1(x-1)=0

(x-1)(x-1)=0

so X={1,1}

now X=√y

so √y=1

squaring on both sides

y=1

hope it will be helpful to you ✔✔

y -2√y + 1 = 0
y + 1 = 2√y
Squaring both sides.
{y}^{2}  + 1 + 2y = 4y
 {y}^{2}  - 2y + 1 = 0
For finding it's roots :
D = b^2 - 4ac
= (-2)^2 - 4x1x1
= 4 - 4
= 0
Hence there will be two equal roots.
Root = - b / 2a
= -(-2)/2x1
= 1.

Answer is y = 1.
