Hydrochloric acid is very dangerous.It reacts vigorously but on the other hand citric acid present in oranges,lemons is not at all dangerous.It does not reacts vigrously.It even does not cause any harm.

It depends on their nature because some acids are concentrated and some are diluted in nature. Those are concentrated they are more harmful and those are diluted they are less harmful.
