Hey mate here is your answer.
=> x = 4 / 5 ( x + 10 )
=> x = 4 / 5 (x) + 4 / 5 (10)
=> x = 4x / 5 + 8
( L . C . M = 5 )
=> x = 4x / 8 + 40 / 5
=> x * 5 = 4x + 40
=> 5x - 4x = 40
=> x = 40
