a) permanent since, curd becomes sour when it is kept over a long time so once it gets sour it cannot be revert back to its original state.

b)permanent  change since ripening cannot be reverted.

c)permanent as after cutting the piece into two, the two pieces will not get attached by itself without any external force.

d)permanent since, once the food is coked it cannot be changed.

e)temporary since, once a milk is heated it can again be cooled if kept for some time.
